- 8 oz. of elbow macaroni (a little more than half of the bag above)
- 2 cups cream-style or small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
- 1 egg beaten slightly
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
It is wonderful with Pork tenderloin or grilled chicken and a side salad. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
