Lose It Girl Challenge

The last few weeks I have forgotten to post my weight loss.So this week, I made it a point to do this post.

Exercise: This week I ran 3 times and 2 days I did Jillian 30 Day Shred. I still enjoy running and feel really good afterwards, but I am sure everyone at the park thinks I am dying. Like I said in the previous post, I have 6.5 months to become a runner for my first half-marathon. Sounds like a long time, but it really isn't! I'm just taking it one day at a time.

So, what everyone wants to much did I lose? I have lost 14.8 lbs. That is right at 7.5%. I am pretty proud of that. I'm not done with this journey yet. I'm just beginning. (Wow, that sounded SO cheesy!) See ya next week...
